An iPhone timer for one plan
Never Miss Twice runs the Phase 0 30-minute travel workout, and only that. Pick the weeks you're in, tap start, and put the phone down. It says which move is next, beeps through the last five seconds of every interval, and turns your music down while it talks.
What's above is the timer running in your browser. Back, Pause and Skip work, and Sound turns on the beeps and the voice.
| Weeks | Rounds | Work / rest | Session |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1–2 | 3 | 40 s / 20 s | about 23 min |
| 3–4 | 4 | 40 s / 20 s | about 30 min |
| 5–6 | 4 | 45 s / 15 s | about 30 min |
Every session opens with a timed warm-up, and rounds are 60 seconds apart. A one-round day is about 10 minutes.
Today's session
The start screen asks four things. Workout A or B is picked for you: always the one you didn't do last. Change an answer and the moves change with it.
Starting here restarts the timer at the top of the page from the warm-up.
Tap a move for the plan's how-to and the drawing of the motion. TRX swaps only the two rows; turning jumping off swaps the finisher.
It talks, so you don't have to look
The next move is announced as each rest starts. The name, and which side to start on. Then the beeps count you in.
Five beeps end every interval, work and rest alike, so you know where you are without looking at the screen.
Per-side moves get a spoken Switch and three beeps, with three seconds added to change sides. The starting side alternates each round.
Your music keeps playing. It dips while the app speaks and comes back up the moment it's done.
Your playlist starts with the workout
Paste a Spotify playlist link under Music once, and the app starts it when you tap start. Music that's already playing is left alone.
Everyone brings their own playlist. Starting it from the app needs the Spotify app, a Premium account, and a place on the app's Spotify allow-list, which holds five people. Everyone else starts their own music first, and it still dips for the cues.
Get it
Never Miss Twice is an iPhone app in beta on TestFlight. TestFlight installs it and brings each new build.
Get it on TestFlightThe app also keeps the screen awake, remembers which workout you did last, and starts your music. The timer on this page does none of those; it's here so you can see what a session is like. The beta holds 25 people.
